It gives us immense pleasure in informing you that our product, 'Vitamin D3 Orally Disintegrating Strips 60,000 IU' has been approved for manufacturing and marketing in India (Form46) by DCG(I).  With this, the number of approved products in our basket is now Thirty-One. Now, ZIM can manufacture and market Vitamin D3 Orally Disintegrating Strips in two strengths 2000 and 60,000 IU. Orally dissolving film dosage form has numerous advantages over the available dosage forms of Vitamin D3 in India, like, tablets, granules, powder, soft gelatine capsules, syrup, drops, etc. The advantages are - a) These films are not required to be swallowed. These are simply placed on the tongue where  they get dissolved instantaneously. b) Unlike liquid dosage form, precision in dosage is there. c) Thin flat, flexible films, individually packed in a sachet offer ease of handling, storage,  transportation and administration to the consumer as compared to other solid and liquid dosage

ZIM Labs organized a blood donation camp on Sunday, 27th August 2017 with their partnering blood bank Dr Hedgewar Raktpedhi, Nagpur. The camp was organised to mark the company’s 28th Foundation day. A record number of 140 donors from ZIM Laboratories Limited came in to donate blood and serve a noble cause. ZIM Laboratories completed 28 years of excellence in the field of pharmaceutics on 21st August 2017. ZIM Labs in collaboration with Dr. Bhaba Vidyaan Lok Shikshan Sanstha, Kalmeshwar undertook a CSR activity recently in the premises of K.Z.S Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya , Kalmeshwar. ZIM constructed clean ladies toilet on the premises and also installed a bore for campus use. The activity was undertaken to provide clean toilets for female students and staff of the college and promote hygiene and sanitation as a practice among students and teachers. ZIM Labs has always involved itself in the local community and regularly undertakes CSR activities in Kalmeshwar and surrounding areas. The activity was undertaken with complete support and cooperation from Mr. Swanand Adhau, Mr. Bhojraj Sonule and Mr. Nirmal Shrikhande who made the activity a success.
